The Food Eposide...
You know it is going to be a great day when it starts off with great Mexi breakfast! Thank you, Karen!
Dylan of Selene Americas, lent us his Range Rover so we had wheels! Thank you Dylan. That was unexpected and exceedingly generous.
We stopped for pastries and coffee at the Old World Bakery in Ladysmith. Outstanding.
Karen had the Bun of the Month, Caramel/Apple - delicious. I had a ham & cheese criossant - equally delicious.
Is that bite bigger than my head? (A nod to B. Kliban, great American cartoonist and social observer).
Fall colors! Noooooo! It is too early to say goodbye to Summer.
More trees confirming the arrival of Fall. As if the weather wasn't giving it away...
Dinner. Irish Stew, salad, cornbread, and a 2013 Atillio Ghisolfi Barolo Bussia. What an absolutely great wine. And dinner was good too.
And it is sunset time in Ladysmith. That means it is bedtime for us people!
